ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting our Talent Partners and the broader People Team during a period of significant growth. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the efficiency and precision of our recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and onboard top-tier talent. You will focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience from the initial job posting to the pre-onboarding phase, fostering strong relationships with prospective hires and the community, and enhancing our employer brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Partners.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Manage tasks related to job offers and pre-onboarding procedures.
- Collaborate with People Operations and IT to streamline the pre-onboarding process.
- Draft and publish job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Create and maintain documentation and process manuals.
- Administer hiring materials effectively.
- Keep the applicant tracking system (Workable) updated and organized.
- Support Talent Partners by analyzing recruitment data to drive improvements.
- Utilize third-party platforms to assess data and optimize recruitment processes.
- Organize and support job fairs and career events to promote Carwow Group.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality administration and coordination.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive and capable of working independently while being a collaborative team member.
- Analytical mindset, using data to inform decisions and enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Experience with recruitment systems, such as Workable ATS, is advantageous.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
