About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and Employee Experience
    • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver employee experience initiatives that enhance engagement and retention.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management
    • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • HRIS and Data Management
    • Manage the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
    • Run regular reports to inform HR decisions and support business objectives.
  • Employee Relations and Support
    • Provide support on employee relations cases, including disciplinary meetings and grievance procedures.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee wellbeing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a recruitment or talent acquisition environment.
    • Relevant qualifications in HR or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
