HR Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding and Employee Experience
- Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver employee experience initiatives that enhance engagement and retention.
- Talent Acquisition and Management
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- HRIS and Data Management
- Manage the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
- Run regular reports to inform HR decisions and support business objectives.
- Employee Relations and Support
- Provide support on employee relations cases, including disciplinary meetings and grievance procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a recruitment or talent acquisition environment.
- Relevant qualifications in HR or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
