Your new company: A leading global law firm, circa 300 in London, is expanding its HR team of 5 by hiring a permanent HR and Payroll Coordinator to support with all HR processes. Reporting into the Senior HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing generalist support to the members of the HR team, including benefits renewal, global mobility/immigration, and developing new processes.
- Supporting the payroll process, including administering any changes and liaising with payroll consultants for processing.
- Managing the HR and Payroll inbox, being a point of contact for any queries, as well as managing the HRIS.
- Managing, with the Head of HR, the benefits and compensation renewal process, using data and reports.
- Leading training for new starters and managers on benefits and the pension scheme.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience as an HR Coordinator within professional services, ideally the Legal sector.
- Experience supporting the payroll process, with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate with different teams, along with external providers on projects and change implementation.
- Understanding of the pension process.
