Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Regional Sales Executive to join our team at WR Engineering. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth within the North West territory, focusing on the FMCG and pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve or surpass annual sales targets and order growth for the designated region.
  • Formulate and implement channel sales strategies and key account management plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, offering expert knowledge on applications, pricing, and support.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans tailored for each channel partner.
  • Participate in overseas training and development programs.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in external sales, particularly in a role such as Area or Regional Sales Manager or Sales Engineer.
  • Background in managing distributors effectively.
  • Experience within a mechanical or electrical manufacturing environment.
  • A willingness to travel and occasionally stay away from home.
