Gekko presents an exciting opportunity to become part of our established team of field-based Regional Sales Executives, representing a leading global technology brand within specific areas of the UK.

This position is ideal for individuals with a background in sales who are passionate about Consumer Electronics, Smart Home technology, and Mobile devices, and possess a solid understanding of technology retail, including omnichannel strategies.

Compensation Package

Alongside a competitive base salary, you will have access to a performance-based bonus scheme, and we are committed to your personal development. Your compensation package includes:

  • Annual Salary of £30,000 (Tuesday - Saturday)
  • Performance bonus of up to 12%

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of this role include:

  • Cultivating relationships with store personnel at all levels, from management to Sales Advisors, to enhance knowledge, advocacy, and sales across various categories.
  • Collaborating with retailers to identify needs and implement solutions that boost sales and brand visibility.
  • Developing and executing strategies to improve the customer journey and overall brand experience.
  • Designing and delivering engaging training programs for both individual and group sessions across multiple categories.

The Regional Sales Executive role is perfect for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

  • Leadership experience gained in retail management, particularly in technology, mobile, or premium retail sectors.
  • Ability to understand and enhance the sales process through effective product training for individuals and diverse retailer groups.
  • A data-driven approach to managing sales and targets to consistently achieve and exceed objectives.
  • Proficiency in influencing and building relationships at senior levels to create and implement coherent go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid UK driving license.

This role is field-based, covering designated regions of the UK, with potential for nationwide travel as necessary.
