Salary: Up to £39,000 basic + 20% bonus + Company Car + pension + healthcare

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Executive to join our team at New Chapter Consulting Ltd. As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the North West region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 20 regional grocery groups, influencing over 500 stores with major retailers.
  • Prioritize and manage coverage of key accounts and stores to maximize growth opportunities within the territory.
  • Establish effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with field sales agency sales representatives to align store priorities with regional agreements.
  • Plan, forecast, track, and review sales performance and targets for all groups and stores.
  • Maintain and increase availability of brand products at front-of-store and back-of-store locations, and agree additional placements through store-owned or branded fridges.
  • Ensure effective rollout of new distribution points in line with national agreements.
  • Increase in-store presence through visibility and awareness of products through merchandising and promotional activities.
  • Drive compliance of agreed national head office joint business plans while identifying local promotional opportunities.
  • Execute relevant point-of-sale and bespoke activations reflecting brand campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven sales skills and experience in the grocery channel.
  • Clear understanding and knowledge of major retailers and the grocery industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize category and financial insights.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
