Gekko presents an exciting opportunity to become part of our established team of field-based Regional Sales Executives, representing a renowned global technology brand across various regions of the UK.

This position is suited for individuals with a background in sales, particularly those passionate about Consumer Electronics, Smart Home technologies, and Mobile devices, along with a solid understanding of technology retail, including omnichannel strategies.

Compensation Package

Alongside a competitive base salary, we offer an attainable bonus structure and a strong emphasis on your personal growth and development. Your compensation package includes:

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of this role will include:

Cultivating relationships with store personnel at all levels, from management to Sales Advisors, to enhance knowledge, advocacy, and sales across multiple product categories Collaborating with retailers to identify needs and implement solutions that drive sales and elevate brand visibility Developing and executing strategies to improve the customer journey and overall brand experience Designing and delivering engaging training programs for both individual and group sessions across various categories

Leadership experience gained in retail management, particularly in technology, mobile, or premium retail sectors Capability to understand and enhance the sales process through effective product training for individuals and diverse retailer groups A data-driven approach to managing sales and targets to consistently achieve and surpass goals Strong ability to influence and build relationships at senior levels to create clear and effective go-to-market strategies that support sales Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid UK driving license

This role offers a field-based contract covering designated regions of the UK, with occasional nationwide travel as necessary.
