WR Engineering Recruiters, a forward-thinking organization specializing in the recruitment of engineering professionals, is on the lookout for a motivated Regional Sales Executive to spearhead growth initiatives in the North West territory.

This position provides a unique chance for international training and professional development, enhancing your expertise and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and surpass sales objectives for the designated region
  • Develop channel sales strategies and key account management plans
  • Offer support and direction to channel partners
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects
  • Efficiently manage the onboarding process for new partners

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in external sales or distributor management
  • Familiarity with electrical pumps and control systems
  • Background in mechanical or electrical manufacturing sectors
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Experience with ERP systems is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel as required
