Regional Sales Executive

Gekko presents an excellent opportunity to become part of our well-established team of field-based Regional Sales Executives, representing a leading global technology brand within specific areas of the UK.
This position is suited for individuals with a background in sales who have a keen interest in Consumer Electronics, Smart Home products, and Mobile technology, as well as a solid understanding of the retail landscape, including omnichannel strategies.
Compensation Package
Alongside a competitive base salary, you will have access to a performance-based bonus scheme, and we prioritize your personal development. Your compensation package includes:

The primary duties of this role include:
Cultivating relationships with store personnel at all levels, from management to Sales Advisors, to enhance knowledge, advocacy, and sales across various categories Collaborating with retailers to identify needs and implement solutions that drive sales and elevate brand visibility Developing and executing strategies to improve the customer journey and brand experience Designing and delivering engaging training programs for both individual and group sessions across multiple categoriesAre You the Right Fit?
The Regional Sales Executive role is ideal for candidates who can demonstrate the following:
Leadership experience gained in retail management, particularly in technology, mobile, or premium retail environments Capability to understand and enhance the sales process through effective product training for individuals and diverse groups of retailers A data-driven approach to managing sales and targets to achieve and surpass objectives Strong influencing skills to build relationships at senior levels and establish clear go-to-market strategies to support sales efforts Excellent written and verbal communication abilities A valid UK driving licenseThis role is a field-based position covering designated regions of the UK, with travel as necessary.
