As a Lead Associate in our Communications and Engagement Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies and technological solutions that facilitate Employee Experience transformations and HR initiatives, including rewards, benefits, organizational change, wellbeing, and cultural enhancement. Your creativity, imagination, and exceptional writing abilities will be essential in helping clients effectively communicate with their employees on a variety of topics and through diverse media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior team members to create and implement Communication & Engagement strategies that captivate employees, drive action, and foster behavioral change.
  • Independently draft communications across various formats, simplifying complex ideas into clear, engaging, and innovative content.
  • Partner with in-house designers, agencies, and creative collaborators to establish the visual identity of communications.
  • Assist senior colleagues in managing day-to-day project activities, serving as a liaison with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate data and materials exchange, clear deadlines, and consistent communication.
  • Utilize Employee Experience insights from your work and others to deliver measurable outcomes for clients.
  • Present client deliverables effectively during meetings and help the project team cultivate trusted advisor relationships.
  • Contribute to the creation of intellectual assets, including new tools, solutions, and methodologies related to Employee Experience.
  • Identify opportunities for professional development and enhance technical knowledge across various industries and human capital domains.
