Job Summary:

The Operating Model Consultant will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis into various components of CTP's operating model that have been identified as requiring change. This role will involve identifying organizational problems and opportunities, and defining appropriate solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify organizational problems and opportunities, and determine the impact of these on CTP's existing operating model.
  • Support the translation of complex organizational problems and solutions into simple, compelling narratives that achieve broad business consensus.
  • Develop strong quantitative and qualitative analysis to support evidence-based decision-making and risk management.
  • Experience of undertaking analytical activity using formal methodologies and approaches, including collecting and analyzing complex or incomplete data in order to provide concise and meaningful recommendations.
  • Experience of building confidence with various stakeholders, managing expectations, and dealing with conflicting requirements and priorities.
  • Experience of working within Project Management delivery approaches (i.e. PRINCE2, Agile) and an understanding of change delivery methodologies and approaches.
  • An interest in working in an environment that helps shape the Counter Terrorism landscape.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent.
