Our Change Excellence team is dedicated to establishing, launching, and managing a distinctive and effective change management framework across the organization. We are seeking a Change Manager with extensive enterprise experience to join our efforts.

Your main responsibility will be to enable team members to embrace the changes brought about by strategic initiatives, ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies. You will have the chance to engage in a variety of technology-driven change projects that affect colleagues throughout Informa, initially focusing on streamlining our HR systems.

The role typically includes the following responsibilities:

Develop persuasive communication materials and manage stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment with broader organizational messages. Change Readiness Assessment: Evaluate the organization's preparedness for change, identifying potential challenges and areas needing additional support or training. Training and Development: Determine training needs to equip employees with the necessary skills to adapt effectively to changes. Collaborate with the Learning & Development Team to create suitable training solutions and deliver programs. Resistance Management: Proactively identify and address sources of resistance to change, implementing strategies to overcome obstacles and promote a positive change experience. Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously track change progress, gather feedback, and assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks associated with the change process and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring a smooth transition. Cultivating Organizational Culture: Foster a culture of adaptability and readiness for change, creating a supportive environment for ongoing transformation. Sustaining Change: Ensure that change initiatives lead to lasting positive outcomes and work to integrate changes into the organization's culture. Utilize appropriate change management methodologies and tools to develop a strategy that supports the adoption of necessary changes within a complex, international business environment.

Qualifications

Significant experience in designing and implementing change strategies within technology-driven transformation programs, particularly with enterprise-wide systems (e.g., HR systems like Workday, SuccessFactors). A data-driven approach to decision-making, utilizing clear insights and compelling data. Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, adept at presenting and reporting to senior stakeholders and articulating messages to diverse audiences. Ability to demonstrate empathy, listen actively, and convey ideas clearly and confidently. Capability to influence without direct authority and effectively report, present, and facilitate discussions.
