An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Change and Communication Specialist to become part of a prominent fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) organization.

This organization is a leading player in the FMCG sector, providing essential food products to major retail chains throughout the UK.

They are embarking on a significant transformation initiative aimed at enhancing their operational effectiveness and are in search of a Change and Communication Specialist to assist in this pivotal journey.

Role Details

This is a part-time position, which can be structured over three days or 22.5 hours spread across four to five days. While the role is ideally based in a central location, it will primarily be conducted remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize change initiatives, ensuring visibility of key tasks and effective resource allocation.
  • Evaluate the effects of changes on teams to facilitate effective management.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for stakeholders and employees.
  • Create cohesive materials for updates and events that resonate with the brand identity.
  • Prepare teams for change management and effective communication planning.
  • Advise line managers on utilizing tools and resources for change and project management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks or issues that may hinder progress, escalating as necessary.
  • Continuously assess and enhance change and communication strategies based on stakeholder feedback.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in planning and executing business changes for medium-scale projects.
  • Expertise in evaluating the impact of organizational changes.
  • Background in developing change management strategies aligned with project timelines.
  • Experience leading small group workshops on various change management topics.
  • Adept at creating communication materials that support change initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outputs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in design software such as InDesign and video editing tools.
  • Experienced in crafting surveys and analyzing feedback effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
