We are seeking a talented Change and Communication Specialist to support a prominent FMCG organization.
Company Overview
This leading FMCG company is known for supplying food products to major retailers across the UK.
They are embarking on a significant transformation initiative aimed at enhancing their operational efficiency and are in need of a Change and Communication Specialist to facilitate this transition.
This position is part-time, offering flexibility to work across 3 days or 22.5 hours distributed over 4 or 5 days. While the role is primarily remote, candidates should be prepared for occasional on-site collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize change initiatives, ensuring visibility of critical tasks and effective resource allocation.
- Evaluate the effects of changes on teams to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Design and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for stakeholders and staff.
- Produce cohesive materials for updates and events that resonate with the company’s brand identity.
- Equip teams to navigate change and communicate effectively.
- Advise line managers on utilizing tools and resources for effective change and project management.
- Identify and mitigate risks or challenges that may hinder progress, escalating issues as necessary.
- Continuously review and enhance change and communication strategies based on stakeholder feedback.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in planning and executing business change for medium-scale projects.
- Ability to assess the impact of organizational changes.
- Expertise in developing change management strategies that align with project schedules.
- Experience leading workshops on various change management topics.
- Capable of creating communication materials that support change initiatives.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.
- Familiarity with InDesign and video editing tools.
- Experience in designing surveys and interpreting results.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary equivalent to £40,000 for full-time, with potential for increase for the right candidate.
