This is a unique opportunity to join EPAM's Business Consulting organization as a Senior Manager, Organizational Change Management Consulting. Our team is at a critical growth period, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager who has a passion for leading strategic initiatives, supporting account growth, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

As a key contributor, you will participate in end-to-end change management programs to help clients transform their business and recognize the greatest value from technology-driven initiatives. Your role will be to support continuous improvement activities of our OCM competencies, deliver change expertise and transformation strategies for our clients, and serve as a critical member of our OCM leadership team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting internal practice development efforts to fuel growth and employee development
  • Developing and implementing end-to-end change programs, including articulation of the case for change
  • Creating change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses
  • Designing and implementing holistic communication plans, readiness assessments, and end-user training plans
  • Building high-quality L&D materials and leading trainings
  • Monitoring adoption effectiveness
  • Creating sustainment models and benefit realization plans
  • Communicating and connecting with stakeholders clearly, concisely, and confidently across all levels of the organization
  • Identifying and supporting business development efforts

Requirements include:

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic change management roles, with at least 4+ years serving in a consulting environment (preferably with Big 5 Consulting firms)
  • Ability to execute multiple initiatives concurrently and make swift, accurate decisions in a dynamic environment
  • Robust design, facilitation, and program management skills
  • Deep expertise in Organizational Development and/or Change Management principles
  • Proven success building credibility at all levels of the organization
  • Outstanding oral, written, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
