About the Role

To enhance a positive culture in our organization and improve performance and engagement, this role involves implementing strategies, initiatives, and interventions that aim to improve various aspects, including its structure, culture, processes, and people.

You will be empowered to work on your own agenda – with delivery being key. This is an exciting time to work for the NURSING & MIDWIFERY COUNCIL and particularly the Organisational Development Team.

The Strategic Organisational Development Business Partner supports the achievement of our strategic objectives, taking a proactive and solution-focused approach to implement the priorities outlined in our corporate People Plan.

About You

The ideal candidate holds a relevant Learning and Development qualification, preferably CIPD qualified or is in progress. They bring coaching, mentoring experience, and a successful track record in complex change OD initiatives, as well as the drive and expertise to deliver a successful outcome for the NURSING & MIDWIFERY COUNCIL.

Proven collaboration with senior managers is essential, as is the ability to engage more widely across the organization – our projects are often co-created with a high level of wider engagement. We are keen to hear about your skills in this area, which may be Health & Wellbeing, leading employee engagement or developing training for a wider group.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
  • Excellent benefits package, including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
