We are currently seeking a personable Front of House Coordinator to join our team at Searcys. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of the reception area, adhering to Searcys' standards and client expectations at all times. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, handling phone inquiries, and processing reservations, as well as attending to guests' needs. You will also play a key role in hosting busy dining services in our restaurant and bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Adhere to all check-in and check-out protocols, including registration and reservations.
  • Manage reservations and verify that all details are accurate.
  • Promote and upsell venue facilities whenever possible.
  • Record and distribute messages promptly and ensure they are charged accordingly.
  • Verify identification of all individuals entering the venue as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
  • Communicate with management and team members if assistance is needed.
  • Relay any customer feedback to the appropriate manager.
  • Host the restaurant and bar with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional 5-star service in a corporate or hospitality setting.
  • Previous experience in a reception or hosting role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ideally, experience with ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
