About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front of House Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced notification of expected visitors via Proxy Click and Curiosity platforms.
- Advise the Helpdesk – Digital Services of any PC / VC / miscellaneous presentation equipment requirements.
- Meet and greet visitors to a high standard and continue to care for their needs up to and including their departure.
- Set up and clear meeting rooms, including reconfiguration of furniture according to required room layout.
- Arrange for assistance from the Facilities team with furniture set-ups and clear-downs as necessary.
- Maintain meeting room supplies / equipment, including pads, pencils, coasters, and audio-visual equipment.
- Book taxis for clients on request.
- Order sandwich lunches and breakfasts from a local supplier and arrange for weekly delivery of fresh fruit.
- Provide cover in the absence of the Hospitality Co-ordinator, including booking outside caterers for formal lunches / buffets and liaising with catering and waiting staff.
- Perform other ad-hoc / administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Proven client-facing experience, preferably in a professional or financial institution.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages.
