We are seeking a skilled Divisional Warranty Administrator to join our Skoda division in Oxford. This role works closely with the workshop and service advisor teams to ensure the correct steps are followed to complete warranty work correctly.

This role reports to the Divisional Head of Aftersales and is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be joining an extremely supportive and friendly team at Oxford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all Warranty and department administration
  • Achieve all allocated objectives for the department and operate within the law at all times
  • Plan ahead and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved within the agreed time scales
  • Greet customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally
  • Ensure all Group, Manufacturer, policies and practices and Statutory Legislation are strictly adhered to

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within an Administration role is preferred, ideally with experience of invoicing manufacturer's warranty
  • Demonstrable examples of being process driven and self-managing your time and workload are required
  • Knowledge or previous experience of the Kerridge system would be beneficial but not essential
