About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven individual to join our Aftersales team as a Warranty Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing warranty work and ensuring the correct steps are followed to complete warranty work correctly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all Warranty and department administration
  • Achieve all allocated objectives for the department and operate within the law at all times
  • Plan and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved within the agreed time scales
  • Greet customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally
  • Ensure all Group, Manufacturer, policies and practices and Statutory Legislation are strictly adhered to

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience, ideally with manufacturer warranties
  • Confident IT skills, ideally with Kerridge experience (full training is provided)
  • Process-driven and organized, able to manage time and workload effectively
  • Able to build good working relationships in your wider team and enjoy talking to customers
