Role Overview:

As a Warranty Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role within the Aftersales department, collaborating closely with our service teams to manage warranty-related processes and ensure compliance with established protocols.

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in administration, preferably with exposure to manufacturer warranty processes.
  • Proficient IT skills; familiarity with Kerridge software is advantageous (comprehensive training will be provided).
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on process adherence and time management.
  • Ability to cultivate positive relationships within the team and engage effectively with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all warranty and departmental administrative tasks.
  • Meet departmental objectives while adhering to legal standards.
  • Effectively plan and manage workload to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to customers and visitors.
  • Strictly follow all Group and Manufacturer policies, as well as statutory regulations.
