Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our Aftersales team at Marshall Motor Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing warranty work processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all warranty and department administration, and achieving allocated objectives for the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all warranty and department administration
  • Achieve all allocated objectives for the department and operate within the law at all times
  • Plan and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved within agreed time scales
  • Greet customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally
  • Ensure all Group, Manufacturer, policies and practices, and Statutory Legislation are strictly adhered to

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience, ideally with manufacturer warranties
  • Confident IT skills, ideally with Kerridge experience (full training provided)

  • Able to build good working relationships in your wider team and enjoy talking to customers
