Warranty Administrator

Marshall Motor Group is a leading car dealer group representing 23 manufacturers across the UK. We are passionate about our people and customers. As a Warranty Executive, you will be part of the Aftersales team, overseeing warranty work and ensuring correct processes are followed.
Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate and timely completion of warranty and department administration
- Achieve allocated objectives for the department and operate within the law
- Plan and manage time to ensure tasks are achieved within agreed time scales
- Greet customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally
- Previous administration experience, ideally with manufacturer warranties
- Confident IT skills, with Kerridge experience an advantage
- Process-driven and organized, with ability to manage workload effectively
- Able to build good working relationships and communicate with customers
