Role Overview
As a Warranty Executive at Marshall Motor Group, you will be part of the Aftersales team, working closely with our workshop and service advisor teams to oversee warranty work processes and ensure correct steps are followed to complete warranty work correctly.

About the Role
As a key member of our Aftersales team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all warranty and department administration. You will achieve all allocated objectives for the department and operate within the law at all times. Your time management skills will be essential in planning and managing your workload effectively to meet deadlines. You will also be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a professional and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all warranty and department administration
• Achieve all allocated objectives for the department and operate within the law at all times
• Plan and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved within agreed time scales
• Greet customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally

About You
We are looking for a process-driven and organized individual with previous administration experience, ideally having worked with manufacturer warranties previously. You will have confident IT skills, with Kerridge experience being an advantage (full training is provided). You will be able to build good working relationships within your team and enjoy talking to customers.
