About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Skoda Warranty Administrator to join our team in Oxford. This role is vital for ensuring warranty work is processed accurately and efficiently, collaborating closely with workshop and service advisor teams.

Reporting directly to the Divisional Head of Aftersales, you will play a key part in maintaining smooth operations within our busy department.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all warranty claims are processed accurately and promptly.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to warranty procedures, adhering to company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with workshop staff and service advisors to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all warranty-related activities.
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient working environment within the team.
About You:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic. Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the automotive industry, is preferred. A proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines is essential.

Familiarity with Kerridge system would be advantageous but not mandatory.
