About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warranty processes, working closely with our workshop and service advisor teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate warranty work, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all warranty and department administration tasks.
- Work closely with the workshop and service advisor teams to ensure the correct steps are followed to complete warranty work correctly.
- Plan and manage time effectively to achieve all allocated objectives for the department, operating within the law at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all Group, Manufacturer, and Statutory Legislation policies and practices.
