As we grow, we are seeking an Operations Coordinator to assist our Operations Manager and the broader teams.

You will be central to our operational framework, enhancing and promoting efficiency throughout the organization. This role is multifaceted and demanding, providing you with opportunities to hone your skills in a dynamic setting.

Role Overview:

In the capacity of Operations Coordinator, you will serve as the foundation of our daily operations, delivering vital support across various departments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing schedules and organizing meetings and events.
  • Ensuring the seamless operation of our office environment.
  • Maintaining our IT systems and liaising with our external IT service provider.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new team members.

Beyond your operational tasks, you will be pivotal in advancing our sustainability objectives. By aiding in the collection and analysis of ESG data, researching innovative initiatives, and contributing to ESG reporting, you will play a significant role in fostering a positive impact on our community and environment.

Candidate Profile:

We are in search of a digitally adept individual who can infuse new energy and perspectives into our team. You should be a natural problem-solver with the ability to maintain smooth operations. We require someone capable of managing multiple responsibilities, thinking quickly, and transforming challenges into opportunities. Proficiency in technology is essential, along with a keen attention to detail.
