Role Overview:

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as a crucial link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless experience.

Your role will be front-facing in the showroom, necessitating a genuine passion for customer assistance. Comprehensive training will be provided, so prior experience in a car dealership is not required. Your initial weeks will involve an induction program, shadowing experienced colleagues, and a buddy system to facilitate your transition into the role.

Candidate Profile:

  • Essential previous experience in customer service.
  • A strong commitment to enhancing the customer journey and delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage customer expectations through regular communication.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing a personal customer base and workload.
  • Confidence in addressing complex customer issues professionally, seeking guidance from management when necessary.
  • Proficient with technology, ideally with experience using CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships prior to their appointments, welcoming them upon arrival.
  • Facilitate a positive customer experience throughout their journey with us.
  • Act as a knowledgeable advocate for both the business and the customer, aiding in decision-making for favorable outcomes.
  • Accurately complete all administrative tasks related to customer interactions.
  • Proactively assist customers with future needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to promote outstanding customer service and retention.
  • Ensure timely and precise completion of all warranty and departmental administration.
