Role Overview:
As a Service Advisor, you will serve as a crucial link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless experience.
Your role will be front-facing in the showroom, necessitating a genuine passion for customer assistance. Comprehensive training will be provided, so prior experience in a car dealership is not required. Your initial weeks will involve an induction program, shadowing experienced colleagues, and a buddy system to facilitate your transition into the role.
Candidate Profile:
- Essential previous experience in customer service.
- A strong commitment to enhancing the customer journey and delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage customer expectations through regular communication.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing a personal customer base and workload.
- Confidence in addressing complex customer issues professionally, seeking guidance from management when necessary.
- Proficient with technology, ideally with experience using CRM systems.
