About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinic Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the development of our Children's Services Outpatient service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate administrative services for children's outpatients, ensuring a professional, effective, and efficient service.
  • Work closely with the Consultants, Divisional Support Manager, and Deputy Operations Manager to optimize clinic slots and rooms, reducing waiting lists.
  • Lead a team of Booking Coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve service efficiency and patient experience.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing staff, a busy clerical environment, or reception service.
  • Complex administrative experience, including data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
