About the Role

Owlstone Medical is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Study Delivery Coordinator to support our external customer clinical projects. As a key member of our Clinical Study Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all study activities from set up to close out, including documentation, equipment, and site set up.
  • Ensure quality of sample collection, receipt, and data, and track and report costs and timelines accurately.
  • Prepare, manage, and review study documentation, including contracts and clinical protocols.
  • Lead study review meetings, visit clinical sites, and monitor recruitment and sample quality.
  • Interface with internal teams to ensure consumable requirements are understood and accounted for during the lifecycle of the study.
Requirements
  • Experience in Clinical Study Delivery and working with customers and/or clinical sites.
  • Experience of maintaining study documentation and Good Clinical Practice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office tools.
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience of setting up and training clinical sites and coordinating clinical trials in Africa.
  • A good awareness of the regulatory issues and requirements surrounding clinical trials and research studies.
  • Experience of working within an ISO 9001 Quality Management System and/or clinical trials regulated environment.
