Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate administrative services for outpatient clinics, including scheduling, patient registration, and data entry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate and efficient communication of patient information, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and support staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve administrative efficiency and patient care.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a healthcare administration role, preferably in an outpatient setting.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
