**Job Title: Divisional Warranty Administrator**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Divisional Warranty Administrator to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all warranty and department administration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all warranty and department administration
  • Achieve all allocated objectives for the department and operate within the law at all times
  • Plan ahead and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved within the agreed time scales
  • Greet customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally
  • Ensure all Group, Manufacturer, policies and practices and Statutory Legislation are strictly adhered to

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience within an Administration role is preferred, ideally with experience of invoicing manufacturer's warranty
  • Demonstrable examples of being process driven and self-managing your time and workload
  • Knowledge or previous experience of the Kerridge system would be beneficial but not essential
