Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at The Smartlist. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a senior administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
