Role Overview
This position is pivotal in ensuring the upkeep of current electrical systems and overseeing new installations across various sites in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary authority for all high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) regulations across EMEA locations.
- Oversee the administration of electrical installations and existing systems to guarantee adherence to industry standards and company best practices.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of electrical projects, installations, and schematics.
- Conduct site audits and inspections, identifying opportunities for enhancement or concerns regarding systems or processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- High-Voltage SAP certification.
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience with electrical equipment, including transformers, motors, switchgear, and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems.
- Experience with HV and LV systems in the communication and broadcasting sectors.
- Proficiency in detailed electrical engineering design and calculations.
- Competence in using AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, and IES or similar software.
