**Facilities & Property Compliance Coordinator**

**Salary**:£24,000 per annum plus annual discretionary bonus

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30, including 1 hour for lunch

**Location**: Ludlow, UK

To achieve this growth, we now have an exciting vacancy for a charismatic and motivated **Facilities & Property Compliance Coordinator **to join our team in the UK.

**Brief responsibilities of the role are**:

- Provide general property administration assistance to clients
- Arrange repairs, servicing and preventative maintenance
- Monitor statutory compliance across managed client properties
- Other administration tasks as required

**To be considered for this role you will need**:

- Relevant property maintenance admin experience
- Strong organisation skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Motivation to succeed in your career
- Sound grammar and professional telephone manner
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office / Office 365
- Full UK driving licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
