Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at The Smartlist. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a senior capacity
