Bank Staff Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Bank Staff Administrator to join our Temporary Staffing Team on a permanent contract.
The successful candidate will assist the Team Lead in providing a comprehensive and high-quality temporary staffing service to all users of the department, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
This role involves extensive temporary staffing solutions, primarily by sourcing a variety of clinical staff to work within our community hospitals and services across all sites.
The service operates on weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
Main Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact via phone and email for booking Bank and Agency workers into unfilled shifts and answering various queries.
- Provide an efficient and professional temporary staffing service to both existing and new Bank staff, Agencies, and their workers, working closely with clinical and management teams requiring staff.
- Communicate effectively with team members, ensuring seamless coordination and timely resolution of issues.
- Utilize excellent IT and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
- Good standard of education to GCSE Level or equivalent.
- Good IT skills to ECDL standard.
- Experience of clerical work/reception within an office environment.
- Good written and verbal skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams.
- Ability to follow administrative systems and procedures.
- Understanding of the use of Temporary workers within the NHS.
- The ability to adhere to confidentiality guidelines.
