About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Content Strategist & Brand Manager to join our team at The Digital Recruitment Company. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that drives customer engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all content and communication channels.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, videos, webinars, and social media content.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of content specialists, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support integrated marketing campaigns with content that drives lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Market Insights: Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform content strategy and brand positioning.
  • Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of content initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize content strategy, drive traffic, and improve ROI.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of marketing communications experience, with a proven track record in content management or brand management.
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, expertise in content creation across various formats and platforms, proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices, experience managing budgets and agency partners/suppliers.
