Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our overall business goals and brand positioning.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all content and communication channels, maintaining a strong and unified brand presence.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, videos, webinars, and social media content.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of content specialists, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with our marketing team to support integrated marketing campaigns with content that drives lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Market Insights: Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform content strategy and brand positioning.
  • Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of content initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize content strategy, drive traffic, and improve ROI.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of marketing communications experience, preferably in a B2B technology environment.
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, expertise in content creation across various formats and platforms, proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
  • Tools: Experience with SEM Rush, Google Analytics, Google Console, Power BI, Salesforce, and content management systems (Sitecore, or equivalent).
