As part of their expansion in the EMEA region, they are in search of a skilled and dynamic Marketing Content & Brand Manager to spearhead their content strategy and brand positioning initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Head of Communications & Brand EMEA, this role is pivotal in crafting engaging and impactful content that amplifies brand visibility, fosters customer interaction, and propels business growth. The Marketing Content & Brand Manager will oversee a team of two Content Specialists, collaborating to execute a cohesive and innovative multi-platform content strategy across digital channels.
Main Duties- Content Strategy Development: Formulate and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the overarching business objectives and brand positioning within the EMEA region.
- Brand Management: Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all content and communication platforms, ensuring a unified brand presence.
- Content Creation & Management: Supervise the production of high-quality, engaging content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, videos, webinars, and social media content, ensuring relevance to target audiences in the B2B technology and wide-format print sectors.
- Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and develop a team of two Content Specialists, promoting a collaborative and creative work atmosphere.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team to enrich integrated marketing campaigns with content that drives lead generation and enhances brand awareness.
- Market Insights: Conduct thorough research to grasp industry trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape to inform content strategy and brand positioning.
- Performance Measurement: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of content initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to refine content strategy and enhance ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product management, sales, and customer support, to ensure content aligns with business goals and addresses the needs of various regions.
- Content Amplification: Expand content reach through social media and display advertising to enhance visibility and impact.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the development of targeted paid media campaigns, ensuring optimization for performance.
- Performance Tracking: Assess and analyze ad performance to understand audience engagement and optimize based on insights.
- Budget Management: Strategically allocate resources between organic and paid initiatives to maximize ROI.
- Paid Media Strategy: Formulate strategies to enhance content reach, managing campaigns across various platforms.
- Contribute to the management objectives of the EMEA Marketing team in collaboration with other commercial divisions.
- Exemplify high standards of performance and behavior within the EMEA organization.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and customer focus.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with over 5 years of marketing communications experience.
- Proven track record in content management or brand management, preferably in a B2B technology context.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in content creation across diverse formats and platforms.
- Proficient in content management systems and SEO best practices.
