As part of their expansion in the EMEA region, they are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Marketing Content & Brand Manager to spearhead their content strategy and brand positioning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Communications & Brand EMEA, this role is pivotal in crafting engaging and impactful content that enhances brand visibility, fosters customer interaction, and drives business growth. The Content & Brand Manager will lead a team of two Content Specialists, collaborating to implement a cohesive and innovative multi-platform content strategy across various channels.

Content Development
  • Strategic Content Planning: Formulate and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with overarching business objectives and brand positioning in the EMEA region.
  • Brand Oversight: Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels, ensuring a strong and unified brand presence.
  • Content Creation: Supervise the production of high-quality, engaging materials, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, videos, webinars, and social media content, ensuring resonance with target audiences in the B2B technology and wide-format print sectors.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of two Content Specialists, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Work alongside the EMEA marketing team to support integrated marketing campaigns with content that drives lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Market Research: Conduct analyses to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform content strategy and brand positioning.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of content initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, sales, and customer support, to ensure content aligns with business goals.
Paid Media Management
  • Content Amplification: Extend content reach through social media and display advertising to enhance visibility and impact.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the development of targeted paid media campaigns, ensuring optimization for performance.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze ad performance to understand audience engagement and optimize based on insights.
  • Budget Oversight: Effectively allocate resources between organic and paid initiatives to maximize ROI.
  • Paid Media Strategy: Create strategies to amplify content reach across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook, ensuring alignment with the overall content plan.
Leadership and Management
  • Contribute to the management objectives of the EMEA Marketing team in collaboration with other commercial divisions.
  • Serve as a role model within the EMEA organization regarding performance standards and behavior.
  • Exhibit teamwork and excellent communication skills to inspire and motivate colleagues.
  • Demonstrate quick thinking and decisive action, coupled with strong planning and time management abilities.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 5+ years of marketing communications experience.
  • Proven background in content management or brand management, preferably in a B2B technology context.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in content creation across diverse formats and platforms.
  • Proficient in content management systems and SEO best practices.
  • Experience managing budgets and agency partnerships.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
