Job Title: Marketing Content Strategist

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £50,000 + 50% Bonus

Location: Bristol/Hybrid

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Content Strategist to lead our content strategy and brand positioning efforts in the EMEA region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our overall business goals and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our overall business goals and brand positioning.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all content and communication channels, maintaining a strong and unified brand presence.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, videos, webinars, and social media content.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of two Content Specialists, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team to support integrated marketing campaigns with content that drives lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Market Insights: Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform content strategy and brand positioning.
  • Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of content initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize content strategy, drive traffic, and improve ROI.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience: 5+ years of marketing communications experience, preferably in a B2B technology environment
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, expertise in content creation across various formats and platforms, proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices
