About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Content Strategist to lead our content strategy and brand positioning efforts in the EMEA region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our overall business goals and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that enhances our brand presence, drives customer engagement, and supports business growth.
  • Manage a team of two Content Specialists, working collaboratively to deliver a cohesive and innovative multi-platform content strategy across web, social, video, and mobile.
  • Work closely with the wider team, in Europe, Japan, and USA, to develop highly relevant, effective, and engaging content appropriate to multiple audiences.
  • Manage and develop translatable content to inspire, lead, educate, inform, and engage customers and prospects.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the overall business goals and brand positioning of our company in the EMEA region.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all content and communication channels, maintaining a strong and unified brand presence.
  • Employ editorial governance to develop and promote a strong brand voice, style, and tone.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, videos, webinars, and social media content.
  • Ensure all content resonates with target audiences in the B2B technology and wide-format print markets.
  • Create content in an SEO-friendly way to improve page search ranking and discoverability.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of two Content Specialists, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team to support integrated marketing campaigns with content that drives lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform content strategy and brand positioning.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of content initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize content strategy, drive traffic, and improve ROI.
  • Own the measurement and reporting of content performance, within the business.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product management, sales, and customer support, to ensure content aligns with business objectives and meets the needs of HQ and other regions.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, contractors, and content providers to enhance content production capabilities and output.
  • Extend content reach via social media ads and display ads to increase reach and impact.
  • Oversee the creation of targeted paid media campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns are optimized for performance.
  • Track and analyze the performance of ads to understand what resonates with audiences.
  • Develop strategies to amplify content reach.
  • Manage campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
  • Align with overall content plan.
Requirements
  • Degree (or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or other related field) and 5 years+ marketing communications experience.
  • Proven experience in a content management or brand management role, preferably within a B2B technology environment.
  • Expertise in content creation across various formats and platforms.
  • Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Power BI.
  • Salesforce (or equivalent).
  • Content Management Systems (Sitecore, or equivalent).
  • Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience of working internationally, with European language skills desirable.
