A prestigious international manufacturing firm is on the lookout for a Content and Brand Marketing Leader to enhance their EMEA operations. This position requires a hybrid work model, with a commitment to on-site collaboration.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will possess experience in team leadership and a robust background in content and brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Formulate and implement a content plan that aligns with corporate objectives and brand identity.
  • Brand Oversight: Maintain uniform brand communication and visual representation across all platforms.
  • Content Production: Supervise the creation of premium, SEO-friendly content tailored for B2B technology and print sectors.
  • Campaign Development: Generate content aimed at enhancing lead generation, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Effectiveness Analysis: Monitor, evaluate, and report on the success of content strategies, leveraging data insights to refine content approaches, boost traffic, and enhance ROI.
  • Paid Media Planning: Craft strategies to extend content reach. Oversee campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other pertinent channels, ensuring alignment with the overall content strategy.

Your Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a content or brand management position, ideally within a B2B technology context.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in producing content across diverse formats and platforms.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
  • Experience in budget management and collaboration with agency partners/suppliers.

Compensation: Competitive salary up to £55,000 plus bonus opportunities.
