Salary: £50,000 + 50% Bonus

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Content Strategist to lead our content strategy and brand positioning efforts in the EMEA region. As part of our ongoing growth, this role will lead the creation of compelling and impactful content that enhances our brand presence, drives customer engagement, and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our overall business goals and brand positioning.
  • Manage and develop translatable content to inspire, lead, educate, inform, and engage customers and prospects.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, videos, webinars, and social media content.
  • Ensure all content resonates with target audiences in the B2B technology and wide-format print markets.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team to support integrated marketing campaigns with content that drives lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform content strategy and brand positioning.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of content initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize content strategy, drive traffic, and improve ROI.

Requirements:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing communications experience.
  • Proven experience in a content management or brand management role, preferably within a B2B technology environment.
  • Expertise in content creation across various formats and platforms.
  • Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Power BI, Salesforce, Content Management Systems (Sitecore), Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience of working internationally, with European language skills desirable.
