Compensation: £38,000-45,000 per annum

Role Overview:

As a Senior Marketing Strategist at Pretty Pragmatic, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to key clients, advising on communication strategies, identifying insights for new marketing avenues, and ultimately ensuring exceptional outcomes from the initiatives you oversee.

The core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Crafting strategic plans for client campaign initiatives.
  • Offering strategic direction for digital projects, encompassing website development and integrated digital advertising campaigns.
  • Presenting campaign concepts and strategic plans to senior clients and stakeholders.
  • Planning and executing impactful advertising campaigns across social media and search platforms, including ongoing optimization and updates to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborating closely with the creative team on content and campaign development to produce outstanding creative results.
  • Utilizing data from tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRush to derive insights and inform marketing strategies and future initiatives.
  • Developing marketing and content calendars and plans for clients, employing industry best practices to help clients achieve their strategic and commercial goals.
  • Managing budget planning, monitoring, and oversight for agency projects and media campaigns.
  • Reporting and providing strategic recommendations aimed at improving business performance, whether through quick wins or transformative long-term campaigns.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

You will be an excellent fit for this role if you have substantial experience in either an in-house marketing position covering a wide range of digital activities—ranging from content strategy and campaign development to paid search, social media, and SEO—or as a hands-on marketing strategist in an agency setting, accustomed to managing various digital channels.
