Overview

As a Lead Marketing Strategist at Nomensa, you will spearhead the creation and execution of high-impact content and user engagement strategies across diverse digital platforms.

Your role will involve managing our search engine optimization, social media outreach, marketing automation, and content development initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and captivating experience for our audience.

You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, transforming our website into a premier digital destination for clients and prospects, thereby elevating brand visibility and improving conversion metrics.

Additionally, you will assess the effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts, leveraging insights and trends to guide strategic planning and execution.

Organizing both in-person and virtual events will also be part of your responsibilities, from ideation to execution, ensuring that all activities align with our objectives and target demographics. You will be the primary contact for all promotional initiatives, ensuring seamless operations.

Key Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing at a senior level, with a robust foundation in essential digital marketing competencies.
  • A demonstrated history of crafting and executing effective, integrated marketing and content strategies that attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, particularly Pardot/Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing across various channels, focusing on email, social media, web, and advertising, along with experience in performance measurement and ROI analysis.
  • Ability to source, analyze, and prioritize relevant data from multiple platforms to inform campaign strategies and objectives.
  • Capacity to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple campaigns that may shift in priority at short notice.
  • Experience in team management, fostering motivation and a positive team environment.
