Position: Lead Growth Strategist

Location: Flexible (Remote options available)

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise in product or growth marketing within the financial services, fintech, or banking sectors.
  • Formulate and execute growth marketing strategies aimed at boosting user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Design and implement experiments to uncover effective methods for enhancing feature adoption and activation rates.
  • Refine the onboarding experience to ensure new users quickly grasp and appreciate the value of our offerings.
  • Create persuasive and clear messaging that conveys the unique benefits and value propositions of our products, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Provide the sales team with essential tools, resources, and training to effectively promote our offerings, including the development of sales materials and presentations.
  • Analyze user data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement, utilizing insights to guide marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with product, research, design, engineering, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with product development and user requirements.
  • Conduct market research to remain informed about industry trends and understand consumer needs and preferences.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, offering actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies for digital products or services, particularly in financial markets.
  • Successful experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct market research and leverage data analytics in shaping marketing strategies and product development.
  • Experience in crafting effective product positioning and messaging that resonates with target demographics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product management, sales, design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product and sales goals.
  • Experience in creating resources that support the sales team in their efforts.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt marketing strategies to evolving market conditions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly and persuasively conveying complex product information.
  • Proficient in utilizing data and metrics to inform marketing decisions and assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that capture attention and engage customers.
