  • Data-Driven Insights: Translate research data into actionable insights that drive product decisions and improve user experiences.

  • Leadership & Team Development: Manage and mentor a team of UX researchers, guiding them through research projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years in UX research, particularly in B2B or B2C enterprise settings. Proficiency with tools like Qualtrics, UserZoom, UserTesting, and Figma is essential.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in user behavior analysis, workshop facilitation, and product strategy. Experience with continuous research frameworks is a plus.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience working in a SaaS company is a bonus
