Job Title: Agile UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Agile UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products, working closely with software and content developers to ensure UX excellence in their product output.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop creative workshops for multiple stakeholders
  • Work closely and collaboratively with software and content developers, providing hands-on design expertise, solving design problems, and handling technical trade-offs
  • Maintain a solid understanding of Smartbox's commercial needs and goals, and understand how your work contributes to them
  • Conduct user research and user testing, and facilitate workshops to harness the creative thinking of the team
  • Balance multiple projects, organize your time, focus, and prioritize
Requirements:
  • A history of making an impact in UX research and design
  • Good knowledge of UX design processes, methodologies, and techniques
  • Willingness to undertake a variety of UX design and research tasks and experience in the full product design lifecycle
  • Strong prototyping and design skills, including the use of modern design software, and experience in creating detailed designs and assets for software developers
  • Experience in conducting user research and user testing
  • Ability to facilitate workshops to harness the creative thinking of the team
  • Ability to balance multiple projects, organize your time, focus, and prioritize
